Large working areas for long and wide parts. Factory formats reach 60000 × 6000 mm, with an individually planned production area.

A gantry travels over an extended table, with sectional construction adapted to the required format. Zoned extraction, travelling fume-removal units, divided platforms and other handling equipment are selected together. A dual-gantry configuration is a separate option, not standard equipment on every machine.

Purpose and distinguishing features

Suitable applications

Large sheet parts for heavy structures and machinery. Compare cutting a complete sheet with distributing work across smaller beds: the choice depends on batches, handling and subsequent assembly.

SA ultra-wide sheet laser

SA adds substantial processing width to a long working area. This suits large flat structural elements that are impractical to assemble from smaller pieces. A dual-gantry arrangement requires separately coordinated work zones and is not standard on every SA machine.

Choosing a configuration

The specification lists three formats and 30–135 kW sources. Travel of 100–140 m/min and acceleration of 1–1.4 g describe the axes, not finished-part output. Repeatability and positioning measurement methods are agreed separately from long-workpiece cutting tolerances.

A 0–45° bevel head, dual gantries, monitoring and divided work zones depend on the confirmed configuration. Planning requires workshop and crane layouts, materials, drawings and workload. Safety, extraction and utilities are engineered for the complete installation.

Discuss configuration

Send a drawing or photograph of the part, material, thickness, blank size and required output. This lets us compare configurations against your job, not just their power rating.

Tell us what you would like to clarify. Add drawings, photos or the required configuration reference to your request if available.
