A protective enclosure and exchange tables for organised sheet processing. While the machine cuts on one table, the other can be prepared for the next cycle.

The protective enclosure surrounds the cutting zone, while exchange tables separate cutting from preparation of the next sheet. While one platform operates inside, finished parts can be removed and new stock prepared on the external platform within the safe operating cycle. This layout is particularly useful when handling time affects output. Planning must include total system length, external-table access, extraction, gas supply and maintenance; cabinet dimensions are not the cell footprint.

Purpose and distinguishing features

Suitable applications

Repeated sheet cutting where cutting, loading and unloading must work together. An enclosure does not remove the need for extraction and safe operation.

GA enclosed laser with exchange tables

GA is useful when unloading and sheet preparation occupy a significant part of the shift. The second platform can be prepared outside the cutting zone; the benefit depends on a safely coordinated exchange. Plan small-part sorting so it does not delay the next sheet.

Choosing a configuration

Match the format to material, nesting and loading method. Compare cutting time with removal and preparation: an exchange table cannot fully help if downstream operations cannot keep up. Power, head, gas and process settings are agreed on trial parts. The enclosure and functional interlocks are part of protection but do not replace training or extraction checks. GA and GA III have separate tables; similar names do not establish identical configurations.

Working area, source power, head, gases, extraction and table exchange workflow. Allow space for the machine, auxiliary systems and loading access.

Discuss configuration

Send a drawing or photograph of the part, material, thickness, blank size and required output. This lets us compare configurations against your job, not just their power rating.

Tell us what you would like to clarify. Add drawings, photos or the required configuration reference to your request if available.
