Who is responsible

Data we receive

We receive only the data that you voluntarily provide through the website or a selected contact channel.

• name, company name, telephone number and email address — if you provide them;
• request text, files and information needed to answer a production, service or technical enquiry;
• an email address for useful materials — only after a separate subscription confirmation.

Why we use data

We use data to answer your request, prepare a calculation or selection, continue agreed correspondence and, only when you separately confirm it, send useful L-SEL Group materials.

We do not use unconfirmed addresses for mailings and do not sell contact databases.

Subscription and unsubscribe

When the subscription form is activated, it will use double opt-in: after you enter an email address, we will send a separate message and the address will become active only after you follow its link.

Unsubscribing will stop future mailings immediately. A minimal technical unsubscribe record will be retained for up to 14 days and then deleted. A new subscription will always require a new confirmation.

Cookies and local data

The website code does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not build visitor profiles. Therefore, it does not currently show a separate cookie banner.

For convenience, the browser may locally store the latest entered contact fields for up to 30 days, chat-open state and a temporary informational-card dismissal for up to 14 days. This data stays in your browser, is not analytics and is not transferred for advertising.

Sharing and protection

Only authorised staff and technical services needed to operate the website, corporate email and the protected enquiry workflow can access enquiries. We do not share contacts with advertising networks or third-party mailing platforms.

If you independently open Telegram, Viber, the callback form or another external service, its own privacy rules apply separately; that service may use its own technical cookies.

Your requests

You may ask us to clarify, correct or delete data, or withdraw consent to receive materials. Write to office@laser-sale.com and identify the address or channel concerned.

We may update this notice when the website or its data processing changes. The current date is always shown at the top of this page.
