An open cutting area with exchange tables for sheet-metal parts. Preparation of the next sheet can be organized separately from the current cutting job.

The gantry travels over an open bed, while the second platform supports material preparation and part unloading. A T6 heat-treated aluminium beam and bed heat shielding form part of the factory description. The open layout improves sheet access but requires separately engineered laser-area protection and fume extraction.

Purpose and distinguishing features

Suitable applications

Enclosure parts, brackets, panels and recurring sheet-metal blanks. Compare this series with an enclosed laser where crane access, loading arrangements and available floor space matter. Changes of material require appropriate process settings and gas supply.

MK-E exchange-table sheet laser

MK-E retains an open cutting zone while adding exchange platforms. This distinguishes it from both single-table MK-S and enclosed MK-G. Plan next-sheet preparation, access to the active area and laser protection for the open cell as separate requirements.

Choosing a configuration

The table lists five factory formats from 3000 × 1500 to 8000 × 2500 mm and 1.5–30 kW sources. Table exchange separates cutting from preparation, but the actual benefit depends on cutting, loading and unloading time. Positioning ±0.02 mm and repeatability ±0.03 mm retain the factory table labels; the measurement method is confirmed separately.

Send drawings, sheet format, metal grades and thicknesses, and batch size. We will specify the source, head, both platforms, extraction and protected working zone. Dimensions and specifications from other series are not automatically assigned to MK-E.
