A straight-moving blade beam for sheet blanking. Versions differ in thickness, cutting length, backgauge range and drive.

A welded box frame carries the cutting load while the upper beam moves on guides relative to the lower blade. Rake angle and clearance are selected for material and thickness. Hold-downs, backgauge and controls form part of the agreed configuration.

Purpose and distinguishing features

Suitable applications

Blank-preparation shops, steel structures, panels and sheet strips. Straight-line shearing suits preparation before bending or welding when a shaped contour is not required.

Q11K guillotine shears

Q11K uses a straight-moving blade beam. Long-sheet work depends on cutting angle, clearance and hold-down along the width. Compare versions for the actual metal grade: allowable thickness differs by material and does not alone establish edge quality.

Tabulated formats do not establish identical capacity across all metal grades. We check strength, cut length, strip width and acceptable deformation. Stroke frequency depends on settings; production-cycle assessment also includes sheet feeding and removal.

Controller, automated gap and angle adjustment, backgauge, front supports, sheet support and scrap handling. Exact-model dimensions and weight inform delivery and installation planning; access aisles and operating space are additional.
