Three chucks and long-tube support for profile production. Four tabulated variants cover sections up to 240, 280, 360 or 520 mm.

A horizontal bed, servo-controlled supports and three chucks hold the blank through successive stages. The additional grip helps organize tube transfer and machining of long parts.

Purpose and distinguishing features

Suitable applications

Large profile assemblies, structural tube and long parts with holes and cutouts. Selection depends on mass, stiffness, section shape and the method of receiving the blank.

MK-T3W horizontal three-chuck tube laser

Horizontal MK-T3W adds a third chuck and controlled support for long tubes. Its four variants differ in section capacity and dynamics: the largest chuck is not the fastest. Evaluate stock length and weight, finished parts and transfer between the chucks.

Choosing a configuration

The series power range is 1.5–20 kW. Travel speed and acceleration differ by model. Extended systems and automatic feeding are specified separately; the long configuration pictured does not define every variant.

Send your tube list, drawings and remnant requirements. We check chucks, support, regripping sequence and actual cycle; a minimum remnant is not guaranteed for every geometry.

Discuss configuration

Send a drawing or photograph of the part, material, thickness, blank size and required output. This lets us compare configurations against your job, not just their power rating.

Tell us what you would like to clarify. Add drawings, photos or the required configuration reference to your request if available.
