A system for round tube up to 500 mm, square section up to 350 × 350 mm and workpieces up to 2000 kg. Four travelling chucks support long profiles at different processing stages.

The chucks can use 3+1, 2+2 or 1+3 arrangements depending on the operation. This redistributes clamping and support along the long workpiece. Automatic roller supports help hold the tube, while the side-mounted bed facilitates loading organisation.

Purpose and distinguishing features

Suitable applications

Heavy tubular structures, long structural elements, frames and machinery parts. The series handles long stock; the table lists an effective cutting length of 12500 mm. Selection considers not only incoming tube but also the length and weight of the cut-off part that must be supported and unloaded safely.

The four-chuck 12050T4 allows different distributions of support between stock and the finished section. Heavy profiles require more than sufficient chuck opening and load capacity: the cut segment must be received safely. Agree transfer and final-cut sequences together with supports and unloading.

Choosing a configuration

Combining cutting with particular feeding or unloading operations depends on the process cycle and equipment. Minimum-remnant cutting is agreed using your parts, not promised as an unconditional property of every nesting job. Before ordering, we check section, weight, lengths, tolerances and support operation at extreme positions.

A 6–20 kW source, cutting head, loading configuration, roller supports and unloading. The complete installation needs space for moving assemblies and stock, lifting equipment and agreed aisles. The maximum 30 rpm rotation rate decreases as tube weight increases.

Discuss configuration

Send a drawing or photograph of the part, material, thickness, blank size and required output. This lets us compare configurations against your job, not just their power rating.

Tell us what you would like to clarify. Add drawings, photos or the required configuration reference to your request if available.
