6024TM, 6028TM

A two-chuck series for round and square tubes up to 240 or 280 mm. A travelling front chuck helps reduce the end remnant while maintaining clamping during the final cut.

The side-mounted bed lowers the stock position compared with a conventional top-mounted arrangement. The front chuck has additional travel for work near the tube end. Square pneumatic chucks accommodate the listed round and square envelopes; feeding can be selected as a separate module.

Purpose and distinguishing features

Suitable applications

Furniture frames, barriers, fitness equipment, piping components, frames and other tubular parts. The 6024TM variant accepts up to 400 kg per tube, and 6028TM up to 800 kg. Square and round sections are checked separately: identical maximum side and diameter values do not imply the same weight or rotation conditions.

TM versatile tube laser

TM uses a travelling front chuck when processing the final tube section. Evaluate this arrangement against finished-part lengths and the clamping sequence. Remnant behaviour and allowable mass depend on the version and should not be transferred between 6024TM and 6028TM.

Choosing a configuration

The factory reference for minimum remnant is from 30 mm under suitable conditions. The result for a specific part depends on clamping, length, contour and cutting sequence. We calculate batch material consumption together with loading time to compare TM with a simpler tube laser or a heavier multi-chuck series.

Power of 1.5–6 kW, head, gases, supports and semi-automatic or automatic feeding as agreed. Loading selection depends on the number of identical tubes, batch length and frequency of profile changes. Non-standard sections require drawings and a clamping check.

Discuss configuration

Send a drawing or photograph of the part, material, thickness, blank size and required output. This lets us compare configurations against your job, not just their power rating.

Tell us what you would like to clarify. Add drawings, photos or the required configuration reference to your request if available.
