Spatial contour cutting with two rotary head axes. For formed parts requiring access from several directions.

Linear X/Y/Z axes work with C-axis rotation and A-axis tilt. The family has an outer protective enclosure and a rotary table; specific interlocks, windows and monitoring depend on configuration. Programming accounts for tools, fixtures and collisions.

Purpose and distinguishing features

Suitable applications

Trimming, holes and contours in formed components, prototypes and machinery assemblies. We check the 3D model, material, clamping zones and edge requirements. Head tilt does not guarantee access to every undercut.

M3015G five-axis laser for 3D parts

GKS-M3015G uses five axes to reach different surfaces of a formed part. Rotary head axes distinguish it from flat cutting. Supply a 3D model with fixture datums: the working path, clamping and clearance matter more than one dimension in a table.

Choosing a configuration

The three models have different travels and tabulated speeds; factory ≥ signs are retained. Axis travels are not finished workpiece dimensions including fixtures. Acceleration is given in m/s², with angular parameters separate from linear ones. Source power is not confirmed in the public table and is selected and recorded separately.

Source, head, table, fixtures, programming and collision checking. Quotations require 3D files, toleranced drawings, thicknesses and batches. Final reach, safety and cycle are agreed for the selected model.

Discuss configuration

Send a drawing or photograph of the part, material, thickness, blank size and required output. This lets us compare configurations against your job, not just their power rating.

Tell us what you would like to clarify. Add drawings, photos or the required configuration reference to your request if available.
