Suitable applications
Beams, columns, frames and profile parts requiring holes and edge preparation. Processing several faces in one route reduces separate marking and repositioning, but head access depends on section, fixturing and cutout geometry.

Cut-to-length, holes, cutouts and bevels on I-beams, channels and angles. Five controlled axes allow machining on different profile faces.
A gantry with a swivelling cutting head travels over a long support zone. X/Y/Z determine position; A/C determine tool orientation. Software supports Tekla NC, STEP and IGS data. Import and machining transitions are checked with your files before commissioning.

MK-HX processes structural-section flanges and webs using X/Y/Z/A/C control. Steel fabrication requires transfer of 3D project geometry into cutouts, holes and bevels. Check section orientation, locating and head access between the profile's elements separately.

The tabulated profile envelope is up to 1000 mm wide, 500 mm high and 12000 mm long; it is distinct from axis travel. The 30 mm figure is a conditional upper limit for vertical carbon-steel cutting with oxygen, not a result at every 6–20 kW configuration. A 0–45° bevel is assessed separately.
Support length, loading, source, gases, extraction and software formats are agreed for your part range. X-axis figures distinguish a span up to 10 m from full length; they are not finished-part tolerances. Extended systems require a separate specification.
Send a drawing or photograph of the part, material, thickness, blank size and required output. This lets us compare configurations against your job, not just their power rating.
Tell us what you would like to clarify. Add drawings, photos or the required configuration reference to your request if available.
