LF3015LNR, LF6025LNR

An open combined system with two sheet formats. Its pneumatic tube module handles round and square stock within the published 20–240 mm envelope.

A reinforced welded bed, sheet table and tube clamp form one system. The open area provides sheet access while a pneumatic chuck holds tube stock. Supports and unloading are agreed for long parts: chuck range alone does not establish permissible length or weight.

Purpose and distinguishing features

Suitable applications

Sheet and tube components for metal structures, frames, machinery and assemblies. The series suits mixed product ranges requiring different cutting operations in one cell. Output is compared against the combined production programme, not separately for two working zones.

Versatile sheet and tube laser LNR

LNR offers two open sheet formats with tube capability. The longer bed helps with long panels but does not automatically enlarge the tube-module capacity. Check sheet area, tube range and power separately for the selected version.

Choosing a configuration

LF3015LNR has a 3050 × 1530 mm field and 1–4 kW choices; LF6025LNR offers 6050 × 2530 mm with an additional 12 kW option. The higher power is not automatically available on the smaller model. Square profiles are checked against their diagonal and actual clamping geometry.

We agree sheet format, materials, power, head, tube length, supports, extraction, gases and cooling. Send drawings of both part types and the planned workload. For substantial independent sheet and tube demand, compare two dedicated machines.

Discuss configuration

Send a drawing or photograph of the part, material, thickness, blank size and required output. This lets us compare configurations against your job, not just their power rating.

Tell us what you would like to clarify. Add drawings, photos or the required configuration reference to your request if available.
