A 3050 × 1530 mm sheet area with exchange platforms and a tube-cutting module. For mixed production that needs to prepare the next sheet outside the active cutting zone.

The sheet section has a table-exchange system; the tube section has centring clamps and supports. The shared system handles two stock types but does not replace two independent production lines. Weld-seam position, straightness and support of long sections matter for tube work.

Enclosure components, metal frames, panels and tube parts for assembled products. Exchange tables help organise sheet preparation and part removal between cycles. The actual benefit depends on nesting and operator workflow, not just the mechanical platform-exchange time.

LF3015GCR adds sheet-platform exchange to combined cutting. The next sheet can be prepared away from the active platform, but tube jobs still belong in the overall schedule. Define production priorities and receiving areas for sheet and tube parts in advance.

Choosing a configuration

We assess the sheet/tube workload split, exchange-table access and finished-part flow. A diagonal clamping range is not the permissible diameter of every tube: round and square envelopes are agreed separately for the actual configuration.

A 1–12 kW source from the listed choices, cutting head, tube-module equipment and auxiliary systems. Cross-sections, lengths, weights, end remnant and loading sequence are fixed before ordering. Allow access aisles, extraction, cooling and laser-safety measures.
