Sheet and tube

An open 3050 × 1530 mm sheet table with a tube module. One system for production that makes both sheet components and structural tube parts.

Clamping units and tube supports sit alongside the sheet area. The sheet gantry has open loading access. Holding and supporting long tubes matters both for contour position and safe removal of the finished part.

Purpose and distinguishing features

Suitable applications

Frames, enclosures, barriers, fitness equipment and other products combining sheet and tube in one assembly. A combined format brings different operations into one cell. Its total workload still needs evaluation: sheet and tube programmes compete for machine time.

Combined sheet and tube laser LF3015CNR

LF3015CNR adds a tube module to an open sheet bed. It suits production where tube components accompany sheet orders. If both streams are continuously loaded, compare a combined machine with separate systems: combined capability does not imply simultaneous independent cutting.

Choosing a configuration

Compare the complete part flow with two separate machines. Combined construction does not mean independent simultaneous sheet and tube cutting. CNR tube envelopes are confirmed against drawings and the ordered specification because available factory descriptions contain conflicting values.

Power from 1 to 12 kW as listed, head, chucks, supports and tube-module length. We need sheet and tube drawings, materials, thicknesses, stock lengths and weights. Extraction, cooling, gases, loading and protection of the open area are agreed separately.

Discuss configuration

Send a drawing or photograph of the part, material, thickness, blank size and required output. This lets us compare configurations against your job, not just their power rating.

Tell us what you would like to clarify. Add drawings, photos or the required configuration reference to your request if available.
