A sheet cutting zone with exchange tables and a tube module in one system. For manufacturers processing both types of stock.

GAR combines an exchange-table sheet area with a pneumatically clamped tube module. It supports different operations for one assembly, such as cutting sheet plates and preparing a tube frame. Shared machine time must still be allocated between the two stock types. Tube work requires agreement on supports, remnant and unloading; sheet work requires a format, table-exchange workflow and access for preparing the next blank.

GAR combines an enclosed exchange-table sheet machine with a tube module. It suits assemblies containing panels and profiles, but does not represent two independent machines. Schedule sheet and tube orders and check loading access to both areas before selecting the system.

Choosing a configuration

First compare the monthly sheet and tube programmes. A combined system may suit uneven mixed workloads, while substantial independent flows warrant comparison with two dedicated machines. Check power against the selected format: the 12 kW choice listed for larger models is not transferred to LF3015GAR. Plan total space around both working areas, access aisles, auxiliary systems and finished-part flow.

Sheet format, tube stock, source, tube support and loading logistics. Two zones do not imply simultaneous independent sheet and tube cutting.
