Profiled rings for protective-optics cassettes and holders. Selected by part number and seat, not diameter alone.

Send photos of the seal fitted in its cassette and separately, the head model and protective-window size. Include the original part number if available.

What it is used for

Protective window sealing rings

The seal helps protect the optical cavity against contamination at the window seat. A worn or incorrect profile can compromise sealing even with new glass. When inspecting a cassette, check the seat, ring deformation and contact surfaces.

How to select the right part

The seal works with the protective-window cassette and its clamping arrangement. A visually similar rubber ring does not establish profile, material or compatibility. Check cassette and window codes so the replacement does not compromise optical seating.

How to select the right part

Match the profile, material, dimensions and orientation against the cassette documentation.

Do not substitute a specialised optical seal with a general rubber ring just because its diameter looks similar.

If contamination quickly returns after replacing a window, check sealing and the gas path.

Ask about sealing rings

Send the machine and head model, photographs of the markings and part, its dimensions and the quantity required. If replacing a faulty assembly, briefly describe the symptoms. Price and lead time on request. We check compatibility and confirm the required version before ordering.
