6012TF, 6016TF

Two configurations for tubes up to 120 or 160 mm. Side-mounted working components and front-chuck offset provide easier workpiece access.

The side-mounted chuck layout lowers the working zone. The front chuck offsets to cut the final section with dual-chuck holding. Follow-up supports and the unloading flap are selected for part length and weight.

Suitable applications

Furniture, fitness equipment, railings and tube structures. A useful option where part lengths vary and final tube sections need to be used efficiently while maintaining stable gripping.

TF side-mounted tube laser

TF combines a side-mounted arrangement with front-chuck movement near the tube remnant. This improves workpiece access, but the two chuck sizes have different limits. Thin profiles require assessment of support contact and clamping deformation, not rated diameter alone.

Choosing a configuration

6012TF and 6016TF have different section limits, the same 6500 mm cutting length and an 80 kg tabulated load. The factory table uses a conflicting rotation-speed unit, so model-specific values remain unconfirmed. A claimed remnant down to 30 mm and an auxiliary gripper for zero-remnant work require checks on the actual parts.

A 1.5, 3 or 6 kW source, manual, semi-automatic or automatic feeding, follow-up supports and an auxiliary gripper. We agree remnants, short-part cutting, unloading and protection using material, wall, section, batch and drawing information.
