A clamping manipulator feeds and rotates the sheet during programmed bending. For repeatable production of panels and enclosures with several flanges.

Servo-electric drives control tooling and feeding. The press-arm assembly holds the blank during movement and rotation. A coordinated program enables positive and negative bends without manually transferring the part between every operation.

Purpose and distinguishing features

Suitable applications

Enclosures, cabinets, doors, shelves and cladding. Mechanical clamping may suit parts where vacuum gripping is difficult; suitability is assessed against the flat pattern, holes and clamping area.

PB-P press-arm panel bender

PB-P uses a clamping manipulator rather than vacuum gripping. Check where the panel is clamped and whether formed flanges obstruct the next rotation. Minimum blank size, cutout geometry and accessible clamping areas are important selection inputs.

Choosing a configuration

PB1400P, PB2000P and PB2500P have separate formats, installed powers and dimensions. Thicknesses apply to 304 stainless steel at 515 N/mm² and cold-rolled steel at 410 N/mm². Flange height alone does not establish whether a closed box is feasible: the full path must be checked.

Clamping, tooling, rotation, feeding, programming and automated loading. Cycle assessment needs drawings, materials, thicknesses and batch sizes. Axis count and controller capabilities are fixed in the agreed configuration, not transferred between versions.

Discuss configuration

Send a drawing or photograph of the part, material, thickness, blank size and required output. This lets us compare configurations against your job, not just their power rating.

Tell us what you would like to clarify. Add drawings, photos or the required configuration reference to your request if available.
