The WC67K/WC67E torsion-synchronised family for standard bending operations. Force, length and controls are matched to the parts your production makes every day.
A torsion mechanism synchronises ram movement. The controller manages the agreed axes while the backgauge establishes dimensions between operations. Angle programming and R-axis functions depend on the controller and equipment package; they are not standard across every press. Crowning and tooling are selected separately.
Profiles, brackets, enclosure and construction components from sheet metal. An option for defined product ranges with repeatable bend sequences. For complex boxes and frequent changeovers, compare NC with an electrohydraulic CNC press by the actual cycle and required axes.
WC67K/WC67E is a torsion-synchronised alternative to electro-hydraulic WAD machines. It suits repeat bends with a straightforward setup sequence. Complex boxes require a review of the actual controller and backgauge: the NC label does not specify axis count or angle-programming capabilities.
