MK-6012TY, MK-6016TY

A two-chuck laser for round and square tubes. Two factory models cover sections up to 120 or 160 mm.

Chucks clamp, rotate and feed the tube past the head. Roller supports carry the long blank. This route combines cut-to-length and cutouts without separately marking every part by hand.

Purpose and distinguishing features

Suitable applications

Frames, furniture structures, railings, brackets and profile parts. Thin-wall tube requires particular attention to clamping without deformation, surface condition and melt removal.

MK-TY tube laser

MK-TY is a two-chuck line for smaller tubes. Compare it with heavier series using actual section sizes and batch quantities. Thin walls require correct clamping and lengthwise support; more laser power does not correct clamping deformation.

Choosing a configuration

The factory table specifies 1–6 kW sources and different section limits for 6012TY and 6016TY. The 120 m/min and 1g figures describe axis movement, not metal cutting. Tube length, mass and remnant are confirmed separately.

We select chucks, supports, source, gases and part handling. Send sections, lengths, wall thicknesses, drawings and batch sizes so we can check holes, joints and trial cuts.

Discuss configuration

Send a drawing or photograph of the part, material, thickness, blank size and required output. This lets us compare configurations against your job, not just their power rating.

Tell us what you would like to clarify. Add drawings, photos or the required configuration reference to your request if available.
