Vertical sheet storage, automatic feeding and coordinated operation of two lasers. For production that needs organised materials and less manual sheet handling.

Two eight-level towers work with feeding equipment, exchange trolleys, laser machines and sorting units. Material is stored vertically in separate bays and supplied to the cutting area under program control. Production-management integration and level heights are agreed separately.

Suitable applications

Repeat cutting of several materials and thicknesses for enclosures, panels and structures. Assessment uses actual batches, material changes, part sorting and skeleton removal. Automated loading does not guarantee unattended operation of every job.

Dual-tower storage and automated laser line

Dual-tower storage organises sheet stock and feeding to the lasers. Its value depends on material variety, thickness changes and finished-part flow. Shelf capacity is not manipulator capacity: check every handling stage and manual access during a stoppage.

Choosing a configuration

The specification separates storage, handling and laser parameters. A storage level holds up to 3 t, but the manipulator handles up to 300 kg per sheet; the laser table has a different 1300 kg limit. A 3000 × 1500 mm stored sheet is distinct from the 3050 × 1530 mm laser field. The 0.8–5 mm automatic-handling range is not the laser's cutting limit.

Storage and two-machine layout, replenishment access, grippers, sorting, guarding and control integration. The 1.5–20 kW sources are selected separately from the handling system's tabulated 42 kW consumption. Cycle testing uses actual nests; power is three-phase 380 V with a five-wire connection under the agreed electrical design.
