Uncoiling, levelling and laser cutting in one material route. For repeat thin-sheet parts suited to production from coiled metal.

The uncoiler feeds a levelling and feeding unit, followed by an enclosed cutting zone and unloading section. This sequence reduces separate sheet-preparation operations. The working area, feed and nesting must be coordinated: a coil does not by itself guarantee continuous cutting of every contour.

Suitable applications

Enclosure blanks, panels, ventilation parts and repeat thin-steel components. Selection depends on strip width, material, flatness after levelling and nesting. A separate sheet laser may be more convenient for one-off jobs with frequent material changes.

CPL3015B coil laser cutting line

CPL3015B feeds coil through uncoiling and levelling before laser cutting. Unlike a sheet bed, selection depends on metal grade, strip thickness, width and residual waviness. Output depends on coordinated feeding and cutting, not uncoiler speed in isolation.

Choosing a configuration

The table lists two factory formats. Coils are up to 10 t and 500–1500 mm wide; thickness ranges differ for carbon and stainless steel. Feed speed of 0–20 m/min is not cutting speed. Positioning accuracy is stated in mm/m, not as a finished-part tolerance. The smaller model's dimensions require confirmation because the published unit is ambiguous.

A 1–6 kW source, leveller, feed, unloading, extraction and safe coil-handling area. Send materials, thicknesses, coil width, drawings and batch sizes so we can check nesting, remnants, flatness and an actual production cycle.
