V-shaped grooves before forming sheet parts with a defined outer corner. A family with front/rear sheet supports and controlled tool movement.

A rigid frame, clamps, tool head and sheet supports form the work area. Cutters remove material according to the program. Controls define groove positions and passes; a separate bending operation is still required.

Purpose and distinguishing features

Suitable applications

Lift cabins, cladding, decorative boxes and architectural panels. Grooving helps achieve the intended bend appearance but reduces the material section; strength and suitability require separate assessment.

ADRK vertical V-grooving machine

ADRK offers a different V-grooving arrangement with front and rear sheet supports. Compare it with gantry-type ADHK by format, access and blank support. For cladding parts, check decorative-surface orientation, clamping and groove positions relative to the planned bends.

Choosing a configuration

Four formats and sheet thickness up to 6 mm are listed, subject to the factory condition of stainless-sheet flatness deviation below 3 mm. This is not groove depth. The factory ADRK page photograph carries an ADHK code; exact markings and appearance are confirmed before ordering.

Format, tooling, residual thickness, clamps and supports. Send drawings, material grade, thickness and a photograph of the required edge. Speed and accuracy are assessed for the specified path and surface, not automatically applied to the finished product.
