Feeders, rollers and guides for laser welding. We select a complete assembly or individual component for the wire material and diameter.

Specify the feeder model, wire and problem: slipping, surging or jamming. For rollers, we need the code, groove profile and mounting dimensions.

What it is used for

Consistent filler-wire delivery helps maintain the intended weld fill. Rollers, guides and the conduit work as one feed path. Increasing pressure does not solve every problem: inspect the grooves, conduit resistance and suitability of the components for the wire.

How to select the right part

Stable feeding depends on matching rollers, liner and wire. Soft wire or a long route requires evaluation of the complete system, not only the feed motor. The SUP-PWF-A example describes a particular feeder and does not establish compatibility with every head.

How to select the right part

Send the feeder model, wire material and diameter, roller photos and markings.

Confirm single- or double-wire feeding and the control method. Rollers for different feeders cannot be selected by groove diameter alone.

Ask about wire feeding

Send the machine and head model, photographs of the markings and part, its dimensions and the quantity required. If replacing a faulty assembly, briefly describe the symptoms. Price and lead time on request. We check compatibility and confirm the required version before ordering.
