By function

Wire-feed conduits, guide liners and gas and cooling lines. Selected by function, length and connections.

The photo shows wire-feed conduit examples, not an optical cable. Show both ends and specify the length and machine model for selection.

What it is used for

Conduits, liners and hoses

Similar-looking conduits in a welding system can serve entirely different purposes. Wire travels through a guide liner, gas and liquid through dedicated lines, and laser fibre carries optical energy. These components are not interchangeable. A damaged optical cable needs a separate service assessment.

How to select the right part

A wire conduit, water hose and optical fibre are different products even inside one bundle. Replacement requires the line's function, both connections and routing. Jacket colour alone does not establish purpose or allowable bending.

How to select the right part

Identify the function: wire, gas or cooling. For wire, specify material and diameter.

Send the length, markings and photos of both connections. For hoses, include the working medium and parameters from the machine documentation.

Do not arbitrarily extend an optical cable or replace it with a conventional conduit. The system manufacturer sets permitted bends and lengths.

Ask about conduits and hoses

Send the machine and head model, photographs of the markings and part, its dimensions and the quantity required. If replacing a faulty assembly, briefly describe the symptoms. Price and lead time on request. We check compatibility and confirm the required version before ordering.
