What it is used for

Laser cutting heads

A cutting head combines optics, focusing, the gas path and height sensing. Complete replacement is not always necessary: a fault may be limited to a window, ceramic or sensor cable. Moving to another model requires checking mounting, the optical connector, controls and source compatibility.

How to select the right part

BM111, BM06K and other cutting heads differ in optics, load rating and focus control. Replacement requires mounting, height-control, gas and cooling checks as well as power matching. A higher-rated head is not an automatic upgrade without integration work.

How to select the right part

Specify the source model and power, head, CNC system and focus control.

Check mounting, optical interface, cooling and gas connections. The same rated power does not guarantee a direct replacement.

For WSX, Precitec or another head, send its exact model. The parameters below apply only to the listed Raytools examples.

Ask about cutting heads

Send the machine and head model, photographs of the markings and part, its dimensions and the quantity required. If replacing a faulty assembly, briefly describe the symptoms. Price and lead time on request. We check compatibility and confirm the required version before ordering.
