An open system for long sheets with a 3200 mm working width. For parts that are inconvenient to split to suit a standard short bed.

A sectional bed supports the long cutting zone while the gantry travels over the sheet. The structure, side protection and fume extraction are confirmed for the selected version. A long bed needs a planned loading route: cranes, supports and access aisles must suit blank weight and size.

Purpose and distinguishing features

Suitable applications

Long structural components, cladding and large flat parts. Accommodating a complete part can avoid additional joining, but the final production route depends on the drawing, material and subsequent operations.

SE large-format sheet laser

SE suits long parts within a comparatively narrow sheet format. Its long bed can avoid splitting a blank into sections, but needs appropriate support and crane access. Agree locating and dimensional inspection separately for long finished contours.

Choosing a configuration

The factory lists different lengths and positioning figures for 13031SE, 24031SE and 26031SE. These are not transferred between models. A 12–40 kW source is selected for the material and thickness; axis accuracy is not the contour tolerance after cutting and cooling.

Source, cutting head, gases, extraction, working-zone protection and long-sheet handling. Before ordering, we check foundations, power supply, service access and sample cutting of your parts. Special dimensions and equipment are agreed separately.

Discuss configuration

Send a drawing or photograph of the part, material, thickness, blank size and required output. This lets us compare configurations against your job, not just their power rating.

Tell us what you would like to clarify. Add drawings, photos or the required configuration reference to your request if available.
