Wide-format cutting with a selected working length and width. For large parts requiring coordinated loading, cutting and unloading arrangements.

A modular table and gantry form a system of the required size. Platform versions, part-collection sections, guarding and extraction depend on the ordered configuration. The photograph illustrates the series architecture; it does not establish the appearance of all six models.

Purpose and distinguishing features

Suitable applications

Wide panels and long structural components. Planning considers more than contour dimensions: sheet delivery, placement on the bed, unloading and subsequent operations determine whether a single large working area is appropriate.

SAG laser with a custom large working area

SAG is configured around a large working area, so its series code does not replace an agreed bed plan. Wide parts require review of head access, loading and fume extraction. Specify length, width and bevel capability separately for the particular project.

Choosing a configuration

The factory names six models but supplies an overall custom working range: 6–60 m long and 4–6 m wide. This is not a model-by-model size table; working areas are not inferred from model codes. A 12–135 kW source and accuracy at different lengths require confirmation for the agreed configuration.

Widths of 4, 5, 5.2, 5.5 or 6 m, working length, a 0–45° bevel head, platform and enclosure versions are subject to agreement. Send workshop layout, blanks, materials and edge requirements. Final dimensions and equipment are recorded before ordering.

Discuss configuration

Send a drawing or photograph of the part, material, thickness, blank size and required output. This lets us compare configurations against your job, not just their power rating.

Tell us what you would like to clarify. Add drawings, photos or the required configuration reference to your request if available.
