Hole punching, flat-bar and section shearing, and notching on one machine. A family for blank-preparation operations on different metal stock.

A hydraulic drive serves stations fitted with punches, dies and blades. Different sections require suitable tooling. Hold-downs and supports secure the workpiece, with access to the active station controlled according to operating instructions.

Purpose and distinguishing features

Suitable applications

Brackets, connection plates, angles, frame components and steel structures. Operation and tooling are chosen for the section and material; individual station capacities cannot be added together.

Q35Y hydraulic ironworkers

Q35Y combines several metal-preparation stations, each with its own capacity and tooling. Punching force does not describe the ability to shear every section. For bracket or plate batches, check hole size, edge distance, stop access and the required punches.

Choosing a configuration

The factory table specifies material strength up to 450 N/mm². Maximum punching diameter and thickness are not necessarily available simultaneously. Maximum shearing thickness is likewise not full-blade-width capacity: separate thickness × width pairs are listed.

Force, required stations, punches and dies, section blades, stops and supports. Send hole drawings, edge distances, section sizes and material grade. We check throat access, tooling and the operation without transferring limits from another station.

Discuss configuration

Send a drawing or photograph of the part, material, thickness, blank size and required output. This lets us compare configurations against your job, not just their power rating.

Tell us what you would like to clarify. Add drawings, photos or the required configuration reference to your request if available.
