Suitable applications
Steel frames, structural assemblies and repeated welded products. Blank consistency, edge preparation, fixturing and torch access determine whether robotization is appropriate.

A MIG/MAG system with a robot and optional rail travel. This is arc welding, not laser welding.
The robot guides the torch along the seam; a rail module and positioner extend workpiece access. The factory offers a process database and torch cleaning. Equipment, coordinated axes and cell protection are specified as one system.

MK-WR/RW performs robotic MIG/MAG arc welding, not laser welding. Rail travel expands the system's movement area, but rail capacity is not robot payload. For large structures, define fixtures, positioners, seam access and torch paths before selecting rail length.

The 1000 kg table value is rail-module carrying load, not robot-arm payload. The stated 8.5 kW is system consumption, not laser output. Working reach requires clarification because factory values conflict.
We select torch, MIG/MAG source, wire, shielding gas, rail and positioner. Gas and settings are matched to the actual metal. The 3/10/12/20 m rail examples do not establish the dimensions of every cell.
Send a drawing or photograph of the part, material, thickness, blank size and required output. This lets us compare configurations against your job, not just their power rating.
Tell us what you would like to clarify. Add drawings, photos or the required configuration reference to your request if available.
