An open table with direct access to the sheet. A series for manufacturers who need convenient loading and a choice of standard blank formats.

The open table provides sheet access from several sides for crane loading, blank preparation and part removal. These operations occupy the table and must be included in the production cycle. An open layout requires a separate plan for guarding the laser area, extracting fumes and providing safe operator access. Working area and power do not define the complete system: the head, cooling and gas supply must also be matched.

Purpose and distinguishing features

Suitable applications

Sheet parts for enclosures, metal structures and subsequent bending. We select the table size for your stock and the power for your materials, thicknesses and workload.

Compare MK-S formats by purchased-sheet utilisation, not table area alone. A larger format can accommodate a long part or several nests, but needs suitable loading and remnant storage. Its open table does not prepare a second sheet in parallel like exchange platforms.

Choosing a configuration

We start with drawings, materials, thicknesses and the monthly programme. Standard formats are compared by the largest part, purchased sheet utilisation and remnant use. If preparing the next sheet takes substantial time, compare an open table with an exchange-platform system. Power is evaluated on representative parts: piercing, small contours, edge quality and subsequent bending matter more than one maximum speed figure.

Source and cutting head, gas supply, extraction, cooling, loading and safe organisation of an open machine’s working area.

Discuss configuration

Send a drawing or photograph of the part, material, thickness, blank size and required output. This lets us compare configurations against your job, not just their power rating.

Tell us what you would like to clarify. Add drawings, photos or the required configuration reference to your request if available.
