A modular open system for long sheets and large flat parts. Working-area length and width are specified around the production task.

Ground rails and sheet supports are separate. The modular design extends the long cutting area; the factory describes a 12 m arrangement with additional sections. Foundation, guides, temperature conditions, crane loading and machine-side aisles all need consideration.

Suitable applications

Long structural members, heavy panels and machinery blanks. A large bed accommodates a whole part where splitting it is undesirable. For shorter parts and frequent job changes, loading and material flow should be compared separately.

MK-H large-format ground-rail laser

MK-H combines a modular bed with a separate working table to configure a long open cutting area. This supports large sheets and maintenance access. Agree bed sections, crane logistics and the protected zone; modular construction does not replace an installation plan.

Choosing a configuration

First establish maximum part dimensions, sheet mass and handling method. The series offer includes sources up to 80 kW, but usable thickness and bevel quality depend on source, head, material and settings. Exact working dimensions are not calculated from a promotional model name.

Bed sections, width, source, bevel head, extraction and area protection are specified individually. Light curtains and emergency stops do not remove laser-safety requirements. Agree the workshop arrangement and test your materials before ordering.
