An enclosed exchange-table system for intensive sheet-metal cutting. The series offers 12–80 kW sources; the appropriate power is selected around your parts.

A reinforced bed, heat shielding and zoned fume extraction support high-power operation. Exchange platforms separate sheet preparation from the cutting area. Cameras and electrical-cabinet temperature control depend on configuration and do not replace verification of protective systems.

Purpose and distinguishing features

Suitable applications

Blanks for machinery, steel structures and heavy enclosures. The series is relevant when thick plate forms a significant share of production and suitable infrastructure is available. Finished-part tolerances and edge condition are checked through trial cutting.

MK-G high-power enclosed sheet laser

MK-G targets high-power sheet cutting inside an enclosure with exchange platforms. Compare it with open MK-H by part format and cell organisation. The high family power range does not guarantee a particular thickness or identical equipment on every version.

Choosing a configuration

Power alone does not determine edge quality or production cost. We compare settings, gas, piercing, tabs and downstream operations using your drawings. The 12–80 kW range describes the series offer, not every bed and equipment combination; sheet format and permitted load need separate confirmation.

Agree the format, source, head, cooling, gas supply, extraction and loading system. Before selecting power, check workshop electrical capacity and gas consumption. A maximum thickness from a promotional example is not extended to every metal and cutting condition.

Discuss configuration

Send a drawing or photograph of the part, material, thickness, blank size and required output. This lets us compare configurations against your job, not just their power rating.

Tell us what you would like to clarify. Add drawings, photos or the required configuration reference to your request if available.
