LF4020GH, LF6025GH, LF12025GH

An enclosed system for large sheets and demanding production workloads. Three working formats and 8–60 kW sources allow configuration around the material and required cutting output.

The series uses a reinforced, thermally stress-relieved bed, protective enclosure and zoned fume extraction. This layout separates the active cutting zone from external sheet-handling operations. An enclosure does not replace adequate extraction, functioning interlocks or laser safety procedures; these are checked during commissioning.

Purpose and distinguishing features

Suitable applications

Machinery components, base plates, large panels and structural steel parts. Consider this series when the production schedule includes large-format sheet or regular processing of thicker material. Allowable thickness and edge quality are checked separately for the material grade, gas and power: the kilowatt rating alone does not establish the result.

GH high-power enclosed sheet laser

Consider GH for large sheets and applications requiring a high-power enclosed system. Start with the heaviest blank and representative contours: gas, cooling, slag removal and downstream processes must suit the operating regime. A family power range does not establish every individual configuration.

Choosing a configuration

Selection compares the time to make your parts rather than rated travel speed: piercing, contour cutting, sheet changes and unloading. Higher power makes sense when gas supply, cooling and downstream operations can support it. Typical drawings and a material list help agree a configuration without unnecessary options.

Working area, source, cutting head, gas station, cooling and extraction. Automatic nozzle changing and slag removal are agreed for the individual system. For the 12500 × 2550 mm format, delivery access, foundation, crane handling and space for preparing sheets are particularly important.
