A 3050 × 1530 mm working area and a choice of 1–3 kW sources. A practical open series for in-house standard-sheet cutting and varied small production batches.

The open working area provides direct sheet access for loading, positioning and unloading. The listed 4480 × 2766 × 1950 mm dimensions describe the machine itself; the site plan must also allow for auxiliary systems and access aisles. The absence of an enclosure requires separate laser safety measures.

Enclosure parts, cladding, brackets, decorative pieces and functional sheet metal components. Suitable for bringing outsourced cutting in-house when the required materials and thicknesses have been verified by a trial. Cycle time is assessed together with loading and program preparation.

LF3015E Pro compact open-bed sheet laser

LF3015E Pro provides open-bed in-house cutting without an additional table-exchange area. Compare it with larger series using the actual part range, not spare bed area. For mixed small batches, assess changeover time, remnant use and access for manual sorting.

Choosing a configuration

We start with three inputs: typical sheet, most frequent materials and monthly workload. For small batches, convenient job changes and table access matter. Regular work near thickness limits or large production runs calls for comparison with higher-powered series to avoid building a bottleneck into the initial purchase.

A 1, 1.5, 2 or 3 kW source, cutting head, cooling, gases, extraction and workplace preparation. Electrical supply and required installed power are checked against the agreed specification: laser source power is not the total consumption of the system.
